No. KwikQuote runs in WhatsApp. Save our assistant number to your contacts and forward customer messages there. Everything else is automatic.
English and Afrikaans voice notes are supported at launch. isiZulu, isiXhosa and Sesotho transcription is in development — for now you can type a short summary as a fallback.
Every quote includes a PayFast link they can tap to pay by card or instant EFT. They can also send you an EFT proof-of-payment screenshot — KwikQuote OCRs it and matches it to the invoice automatically.
Unpaid invoices get a friendly reminder on day 3, a firmer one on day 7, and a final notice on day 14 — all in your name, all sent automatically. You can pause chasing on any invoice with one tap.
Yes. Each tradesman gets their own tenant — no other KwikQuote user can see your customers or quotes. We follow POPIA principles and offer a "delete my data" tool.
You always review and edit a draft quote before it goes out. Low-confidence extractions are flagged and the assistant asks you a single clarifying question instead of guessing.
Anytime from your settings. No notice period. We never delete your historic quotes — you keep read-only access even after cancelling.
